Refund policy

Welcome to House of Atheos.

Every product is made specially for you after you place an order. Because of this, we follow the policy below.

RETURNS

We only accept returns or replacements if:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product has a printing defect

• You received the wrong item or wrong size from our side

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size selected by customer

• Change of mind

• Color expectations due to screen differences

• Minor placement variations in print

RETURN REQUEST TIME

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• Packaging photos (if damaged)

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If your request is approved, we may offer:

• A free replacement product, or

• Full/partial refund to your original payment method

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts.

Once the item enters printing/processing, cancellation is not possible because products are custom-made.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

• T-Shirts

• Hoodies

• Mugs

• Posters

• Custom printed products

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier partners

• Incorrect address entered by customer

• Natural events or unforeseen logistics issues
